Refund Policy

1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies only to payments made directly to 67IPTV for access to the 67IPTV application ("Application"). Payments for the Application are made to 67IPTV LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company organized under Ch. 183 of the Wisconsin Statutes ("67IPTV," "we," "us," or "our"), the merchant of record. The Application is a media player that allows users to input and organize playlist URLs from third-party sources. Paid plans are one-time purchases for the term you select and do not automatically renew — you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase another term.
67IPTV does not process payments for third-party IPTV services or content providers and is not responsible for refunds related to external providers. If you have purchased a subscription or content from a third-party provider that you access through our Application, you must contact that provider directly for any refund requests.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on initial subscription purchases made directly to 67IPTV. If you are not satisfied with the Application within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee paid to 67IPTV.
This guarantee applies only to payments made to 67IPTV for Application access. It does not apply to any third-party services, content subscriptions, or IPTV providers that you may access through the Application.
3. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund from 67IPTV, you must:
- Submit your refund request within 7 days of your initial purchase
- Not have violated our Terms of Service
- Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- Not have previously received a refund from 67IPTV (one refund per customer)
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Any additional term purchased after your initial subscription, once its own 7-day money-back period has elapsed
- Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations
- Promotional, discounted, or free trial subscriptions (unless otherwise specified)
- Add-on purchases or additional device connections
- Payments made to third-party content providers or IPTV services
- Subscriptions where the 7-day period has elapsed
5. Third-Party Services Disclaimer
67IPTV is a media player application only and does not provide, host, or distribute any media content. Any IPTV subscriptions, content packages, or streaming services you access through playlist URLs are provided by independent third parties.
67IPTV has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the quality, availability, legality, or refund policies of third-party content or services. We do not process payments on behalf of third-party providers, and we cannot issue refunds for purchases made with those providers.
If you are dissatisfied with a third-party service accessed through the Application, you must contact that service provider directly regarding their refund policies and procedures.
6. How to Request a Refund

- Your account email address
- Order or transaction number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
7. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria or that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.
8. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider — most issues can be resolved quickly and fairly, including a refund where you qualify under this policy. If a chargeback is filed for a charge that was valid and that we had offered to refund under this policy, we may suspend the affected account while the dispute is investigated. Nothing in this policy limits your right to dispute a charge with your payment provider or any rights you have under applicable law.
9. European Union and United Kingdom Users
Right of withdrawal (14 days). If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. Access to the Application is a digital service supplied over a period of time, so the following applies: if you ask us to begin providing access during the 14-day withdrawal period, you may still withdraw within those 14 days, but you will owe a proportionate amount for the service already provided up to the time you told us of your withdrawal (which we may deduct from your refund); your right of withdrawal is lost only once the service has been fully performed — that is, once your purchased term has ended. If you do not request immediate access, you may withdraw within 14 days for a full refund. To withdraw, email [email protected] within the deadline with a clear statement of your decision; you may, but are not required to, use the model withdrawal form in Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU. This statutory right applies in addition to — and is not limited by — the 7-day money-back guarantee or the eligibility conditions elsewhere in this policy.
Conformity rights. If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, the national laws implementing Directive (EU) 2019/770 give you statutory remedies where a digital service or digital content you paid for does not conform to the contract — including having it brought into conformity, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the contract. UK consumers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These statutory rights exist alongside this Refund Policy and are not limited by it or by any disclaimer in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any mandatory consumer right you have under the law of your country that cannot be waived by agreement.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Application after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
