1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the 67IPTV application ("Application"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Application and uninstall it from your device.

The Application is operated by 67IPTV LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company organized under Ch. 183 of the Wisconsin Statutes, with its registered office in Dane County, Wisconsin ("67IPTV," "we," "us," or "our"). References to "67IPTV" in these Terms mean 67IPTV LLC.

Your continued use of the Application constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any updates or modifications thereto.

2. Nature of Service

67IPTV is a media player application only and does not provide, host, distribute, stream, or sell any audio, video, or other media content. The Application functions solely as a tool that allows users to input and organize their own playlist URLs (such as M3U or XTREAM codes) obtained from third-party sources.

67IPTV does not control, endorse, sponsor, or assume responsibility for any content accessed through the Application. All content is provided by third-party sources, and users access such content at their own risk and discretion.

The Application operates as a mere conduit for content that users choose to access. 67IPTV has no editorial control over, and makes no representations or warranties regarding, any third-party content.

67IPTV does not monitor, filter, review, verify, or supervise any content accessed through the Application and has no obligation to do so.

3. User Responsibility and Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you access through the Application complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to:

Copyright and intellectual property laws
Content licensing requirements
Broadcasting and telecommunications regulations
Local, state, national, and international laws

You acknowledge and agree that you bear full legal responsibility for any content you access, stream, download, or distribute using the Application. 67IPTV is not responsible for verifying the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any content accessed through the Application.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Application, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the confidentiality and security of your account credentials
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Prohibited Uses

You expressly agree NOT to use the Application to:

Access, stream, or distribute copyrighted content without proper authorization from the rights holder
Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any digital rights management (DRM) or copy protection measures
Redistribute, rebroadcast, publicly perform, or commercially exploit any content
Share your account credentials with others or allow unauthorized access to your account
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Application
Use the Application for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
Infringe upon or violate the rights of 67IPTV, other users, or any third party
Resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially redistribute the Application or your access to it
Access the Application by automated means (bots, scrapers, or crawlers) or scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from it
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with device limits, authentication, rate limits, or any other technical or access-control measure of the Application
Introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code, or take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure
Use the Application to facilitate, encourage, or enable any third party's unauthorized access to, or sharing of credentials for, any subscription or paid service

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, features, functionality, and all related intellectual property rights, is owned by 67IPTV. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Application.

67IPTV respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). 67IPTV does not host, store, or provide any media content; complaints about content accessed through a third-party playlist must be directed to the third-party provider that hosts that content. If you believe material within the Application itself infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is located; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

DMCA Designated Agent. Notices of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our designated agent, who is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

The designated agent's full contact details, including mailing address, are on file in the U.S. Copyright Office's public DMCA Designated Agent Directory.

We respond to valid notices in accordance with the DMCA, and an affected user may submit a counter-notification. 67IPTV maintains and enforces a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

7. Free Plan and Payment Terms

Free plan. The 67IPTV plan advertised as "100% FREE" is free of charge from 67IPTV: no payment and no payment method are required to use it. The free plan is provided for a term of three hundred sixty-five (365) days and includes access for one (1) registered device and one (1) playlist; one free plan is available per account and per physical device. When a free term ends, continued free access is not guaranteed — a further free term or paid plans may be offered at our discretion, and you will never be charged automatically. We may modify or discontinue the free plan at any time on a prospective basis, but no change will shorten a free term you have already started. Like every 67IPTV plan, the free plan provides access to the media player application only; it does not include, and 67IPTV does not provide, any channels, playlists, or media content.

If you purchase access to the Application, fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly provided in our Refund Policy. Paid plans are one-time purchases for the term you select and do not automatically renew; you will not be charged again unless you choose to purchase another term. Prices are subject to change upon reasonable notice, and any change applies only to purchases made after it takes effect. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or termination of your access.

67IPTV does not process payments for, or on behalf of, any third-party content providers. Any payments made to third parties for content or IPTV services are separate transactions for which 67IPTV bears no responsibility.

8. Service Availability

While we endeavor to provide reliable access to the Application, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. The Application is provided on an "as available" basis.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, 67IPTV DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

67IPTV DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. 67IPTV MAKES NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING ANY THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APPLICATION.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL 67IPTV, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.

67IPTV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM THIRD-PARTY CONTENT ACCESSED THROUGH THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, DEFAMATION, OR VIOLATION OF RIGHTS OF PUBLICITY OR PRIVACY.

IN NO EVENT SHALL 67IPTV'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APPLICATION EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, FOR ACCESS TO THE APPLICATION DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. In those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 67IPTV, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

Your use of the Application
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
Any content you access, stream, or distribute through the Application
Any activity related to your account

12. Suspension, Termination, and Account Restrictions

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Application for the reasons set out in these Terms — in particular material violation of Section 5 (Prohibited Uses), non-payment under Section 7, repeat copyright infringement as described in Section 6, fraud or abuse of the service, conduct that threatens the security of the Application or other users, or where required by law. In deciding whether and how to restrict an account, we act diligently, objectively, and proportionately, taking the circumstances of the case into account. Unless we are legally prevented from doing so, or notice would compromise security or facilitate further abuse, we will inform you of a suspension or termination and the reason for it at the email address on your account, and you may respond and ask us to review the decision by writing to [email protected]; a human will review your request. You may stop using the Application and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease.

Point of contact. You — and, where applicable, public authorities — can communicate with us directly, rapidly, and by electronic means about the Application at [email protected]. Messages to this address are read by a person, not only by automated tools; we accept communications in English and will do our best to assist users writing in Portuguese, Spanish, French, or Arabic.

13. Governing Law, Disputes, and Time Limit

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Application shall be brought exclusively in the Circuit Court of Dane County, Wisconsin, or, where federal subject-matter jurisdiction exists, the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin. You and 67IPTV each consent to the personal jurisdiction of, and venue in, those courts and waive any objection to those courts on the ground of inconvenient forum, except that we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or to stop unauthorized use of the Application.

Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and to give us at least thirty (30) days to resolve the dispute in good faith. Most concerns can be resolved this way.

Class-action and jury-trial waiver. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law: YOU AND 67IPTV EACH AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION; a court may not consolidate more than one person's claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. YOU AND 67IPTV EACH KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY in any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application. These waivers do not apply where they are prohibited by the law of your jurisdiction. You acknowledge that you have read and understood this waiver and agree to it knowingly and voluntarily. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds that the class-action waiver cannot be enforced as to a particular claim or particular request for relief, then that claim or request for relief (and only that one) shall be severed and may proceed on a class or representative basis, and all remaining claims shall proceed on an individual basis. A determination that the jury-trial waiver is unenforceable does not affect the class-action waiver, and vice versa.

Time limit on claims. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises; otherwise it is permanently barred. This limit does not apply where it is prohibited by the law of your jurisdiction.

Consumer-protection savings. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right or remedy you may have under Wisconsin consumer-protection law — including Wis. Stat. ch. 100 (marketing; trade practices) — or under any other consumer-protection law of the state or country where you reside, in each case to the extent that law does not permit the right or remedy to be limited or waived by agreement. If you are a consumer, the choice of Wisconsin law in these Terms does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 67IPTV regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice — for example, by email or an in-app notice — before they take effect. Changes are effective upon posting of the revised Terms or on the stated effective date. Your continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

17. Electronic Communications

By creating an account or using the Application, you consent to receive communications from us electronically — including account, billing, security, and legal notices — by email or through the Application. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may withdraw this consent by closing your account, although doing so may prevent us from providing the Application.

Transactional and marketing email. The emails we currently send are transactional or relationship messages — account confirmations, password resets, receipts, security alerts, support replies, and legal notices — which are necessary to operate the Application and are not subject to marketing opt-out. If we ever send promotional or marketing email, each such message will clearly identify 67IPTV as the sender, include the sender-identification disclosures required by law (including a valid postal address), and contain a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe mechanism that we will honor within ten (10) business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Opting out of marketing email will not affect service, billing, security, or legal communications.

18. General Provisions

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets. Force Majeure. We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, network, power, or hosting outages, or governmental action. Export and Sanctions. You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the Application in violation of, any applicable export-control or economic-sanctions laws. Survival. The sections concerning Nature of Service, User Responsibility, Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law and Disputes, and any other provision that by its nature should survive, will survive termination of these Terms. App Stores and Platforms. If you obtained the Application through a third-party platform or app store (for example, the LG Content Store, Samsung Apps, Google Play, or the Apple App Store), your use is also subject to that platform's terms; the platform provider is not responsible for the Application or its support; these Terms are between you and 67IPTV, not the platform; and the platform provider and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
